Archery Captain, Terry. If you want to try your hand at Archery, Terry is the best teacher we have. Quiet (with more patience than a rock) and with over twenty five years archery experience in all styles - he is usually the one to give you a one to one lesson when you first take up archery. Often found teaching, he tries to take every opportunity at events to compete or practice himself. Married to Tas, they both enjoy travelling to events and have recently become involved in the Living History encampment.

Lady Tas. Often found hiding behind her camera at events. Tas said she couldn't sew a stitch, but as she repaired and edged their tent by hand - we think it more likely, she just doesn't like dress making! Tas paints all the archery targets and enjoys doing anything crafty, from carving stone to tooling leather. If you ever catch her shooting, she uses a horsebow made by Lajos Kassai, a Hungarian bowyer. .She does enjoy cooking in camp, but doesn't see the point if she can't add alcohol to the recipe! Tas once said she would never do living history, as everyone was too serious...thanks to the entire team we work together and it's fun for everyone.

In Loving Memory of PEDRO . What can any Club say about a Pedro? If only every club had been lucky enough to have a Pedro! Jack of all trades, master of several and although no longer with us, he is still mentioned in camp regularly.

Kelly. Helpful Kelly. Loves looking after little ones and encouraging everyone to take part or have a go!
We will be changing this image, as soon as she stops running away from the camera!

Nick. Married to Kelly, chief flag bearer, archer, teacher and expert gamer. Currently studying Medieval gaming, all round good guy.

Vicky. The lady that once said to Terry "I can't do archery, I tried once and was useless" - Winner of the Ladies section, at England's Medieval Festival 2016. Need I say more?
Written about, as the "the tall lady, that taught my special needs son with kindness and patience" - enjoys sewing costumes and works faster than wonder women, married to Lee, but apparently having an affair with Ted Archer!

Lee Married to Vicky, hard grafter.|To such an extent I can not remember the last time I saw him do archery.. Can be quiet but often doesn't stop talking. Fair weather archer!

Stevie Needs to consider giving archery lessons to the Archery Captain! First 12 year old to win over all the Ladies and Men in the 2018 Archery Tournament at England's Medieval Festival.

Stephanie & Lewis A special couple with a lot of time for everyone in camp. Lewis trains as an Archer as well as a Knight, whilst Stephanie masters archery before moving on to "fighting archer". If you run out of something in camp - these two will often offer to visit the local shops for you, nothing is too much trouble. Very caring and helpful members.

M = Mulan. Medieval mystery, woodcarver, wittler, cook and even sometimes Mum to us all, checks weve eaten and been watered constantly! ;) Generous and friendly, calls a spade a spade and has recently begun archery with hopes to becoming a fighting archer. Works hard and plays hard.

Smoore Ladies Champion Archer - spends her time with a medieval polo mint... trying to shoot the hole in the middle! Very enthusiastic member of the team, who literally bubbles with excitement.

Dave. Watch out for the quiet ones, like this. Great sense of humour and always willing to lend a hand.

Bob. After many years with a horsebow, we are now seeing Bob with a Longbow. Another fair weather archer, but also first class mead taster.

Christine. Master seamstress with a wicked sense of humour... ask Terry about the lace she added to his medieval hose, LOL! Kindness itself and a joy to have in the club.

Bruce 2017 Men's Longbow Champion at England's Medieval Festival and Tamworth Challenge Winner. Easy going, and forever cheerful, even in the pouring rain.
